Parents touching a newborn and each other set the stage for a child’s lifetime sensitivity to tender touch. All sessions include a combination of hands-on massage and craniosacral therapy from myself the RMT and education on how to massage your own baby.

Most of the hour is spent on the table in hands-on work — pressure, gliding strokes and focused work through specific muscles and connective tissue — with a brief check-in on what changed since last time and a sense of what to keep an eye on between visits.
