This health navigation consult allows time to review your child's health from conception to now, and hear the full story of ongoing symptoms. You will leave with a treatment plan to get your child started towards optimal health.
**Note that you may choose to do this visit in one 60 minute in person session, OR split into a 30 minute phone or video consultation, and a 30 minute in-person visit.
