You will leave with a starting plan towards optimal health. **Note that you may choose to do this visit in one 75 minute in person session, OR split into a 30 minute phone or video consultation, and a 45 minute in-person visit. If you prefer to split this visit, please choose a 30 minute phone/video consultation as your first booking, or call the clinic for support in booking at 403-542-3763.
