It aligns the connective tissues of and around the spinal cord, vertebrae, muscles and organs, encouraging the body to heal itself. It is a gentle hands on technique where the client is most often fully clothed and has a very relaxing effect. *As a stand alone service, this session is not covered by insurance under Massage Therapy.

Most of the hour is spent on the table while the therapist works through the areas you’ve agreed to focus on — pressure, pace and techniques shifting as they go — with a brief check-in before and after so you leave knowing what was worked on.
