Your first appointment will include a review of your intake form, a discussion about your primary concerns, any assessments your therapists need to perform, a review on any possible risks or precautions, your goals for your treatment and they will guide you through how to get settled on the treatment table. At the end of your treatment, your therapist will give you any necessary home care including stretches and/or strengthening that may help you on your journey.
