Holistic Nutrition: Advanced Consultations
Our Advanced Consultation provides an in-depth assessment that covers all aspects of your life, from nutritional, environmental and physical to emotional and spiritual.
We use two comprehensive questionnaires to identify body systems or other areas that may be out of balance and work with you to create achievable goals. During the advanced consultation, we will discuss at length what works best for YOU as an individual, including your schedule, likes and dislikes and personal health goals. We will create a program that caters to you as an individual, taking into consideration all of your goals, needs, and imbalances.
Following this appointment, you will receive a full wellness plan, including nutritional, lifestyle, mindset and supplemental guidelines and some meal ideas. Our job is to provide you with the education you need to make your own health decisions.
The advanced consultation is up to two and a half hours long, allowing plenty of time to review the questionnaire results, plan your wellness program, and answer any questions you may have. The client is free to text or email me McKenzie Kim with any other questions or concerns.

Most of the appointment is spent unpacking how you actually eat day to day — meals, snacks, routines, appetite, cooking, shopping and any symptoms around food — then turning that into practical nutrition changes, meal ideas and a clear next-step plan you leave with.
