Holistic Nutrition: Wellness Plan
The Wellness Plan is designed for those who have already completed a Body System Analysis and are ready for a comprehensive approach to address any imbalances identified. This plan includes an in-depth lifestyle assessment and a 60-minute session, either in person or virtually, tailored to your needs.
During the session, we will work together to develop a sustainable plan geared toward your wellness goals. Following the session, you’ll receive a detailed PDF plan covering personalized recommendations for nutrition, supplements, lifestyle, mindset, and spiritual practices to support your well-being and achieve your wellness goals.
Please note: The Wellness Plan is available only to clients who have completed a Body System Analysis, which provides the necessary foundation for this session. If you’re interested in both a Body System Analysis and a Wellness Plan, please book an Advanced Consultation.
