Kinesiology is a holistic treatment modality that uses biofeedback/muscle testing via the nerve pathways and meridian systems to tap into the subconscious mind to clear stress and imbalances within the body. Our subconscious mind is where we hold our patterns, beliefs and behaviors which runs a majority of our daily lives. When we tap into this and gently lean into the wisdom of the body we can give it space to speak. Essentially, we are shifting and clearing at a subtle energetic level to bring the body back into balance and harmony.

Most of this follow-up is spent moving and training — refining exercise technique, progressing or scaling the plan, and checking what changed since last time through a few targeted movement tests — so you leave knowing exactly what to keep doing before the next visit.
