This online program will run for 7 weeks with an additional initial individual intake session for all participants to screen for suitability. Participants must be 18+ and currently seeing a mental health professional.

Most of the hour is spent talking through what’s been happening, how you’ve been reacting, and what patterns keep showing up — your counsellor asks questions, reflects things back, and helps you put words to it — so you leave with a clearer sense of what came up and what to keep noticing between sessions.
