First Visit: Comprehensive Evaluation & Tailored Treatment
Your first visit is focused on uncovering the root cause of your symptoms through a thorough, evidence-based, biomechanical approach. During this appointment, our chiropractors will conduct an in-depth history and exam to understand your condition fully. Based on the findings, we will establish clear treatment goals and a personalized plan. In most cases, you’ll receive your first treatment during this visit.
Our chiropractors are experts in soft tissue care and employ a variety of advanced manual therapy techniques, including Active Release Technique (ART), cupping, fascial work, and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization. You will also receive rehabilitative exercises tailored to your needs. Manual adjustments may be suggested if they are deemed beneficial for your condition.
Our practitioners are highly skilled in performing manual joint mobilizations and adjustments. These are offered if indicated and if you’re comfortable with them. If you prefer not to be adjusted, just let us know—our team can provide highly effective treatment options without the use of adjustments.
