This is a 30 minute follow-up session for Pelvic Health. This booking is for someone who has been in previously for a Pelvic Health Assessment. If you would like a longer follow- up or if this is the first appointment since you have had your baby then please scroll to "Pelvic Health Follow-up" as that is a longer appointment.
**Please note that as of January 1st 2026 the cost will increase to $95 per session.

Most of this visit is spent checking what changed since last time and doing the treatment itself — guided exercises, movement retraining, hands-on techniques or taping — then adjusting your home program so you leave knowing what to keep doing until the next session.
