This 45 minute follow-up is appropriate with someone with two areas or someone desiring a longer treatment. The treatment involves hands-on treatment, education and exercise prescription as appropriate; IMS is involved in the treatment.

Most of this visit is spent checking what changed since last time and doing the treatment itself — guided exercises, movement retraining, hands-on techniques or taping — then adjusting your home program so you leave knowing what to keep doing until the next session.
