NIHB currently covers 22 session, for Status community members. NIHB changed their application policy in 2026, a formal prior approval form needs to be completed prior to your first appointment- please email our intake ( hello@thehiveyxe.com) for the form, once it is returned to us, we will book your initial appointment- no appointment will be booked prior to this form being completed and returned. Cancellation Policy: -Less than 24 hours prior -or- no shows: 100% of the session fee is charged. -48 hours or less (up to the 24 hour mark): 50% of the session fee is charged. NIHB DOES NOT COVER cancellations of any kind. A credit card (or debit visa) is required to be on file in the case of missed appointments or late cancellations. Most of this first counselling visit is spent talking through what has been happening, how long it has been weighing on you, and what feels hardest right now — with the rest on clarifying patterns, goals, and boundaries so you leave knowing how the work together could be structured.
