Active Rehabilitation (Kinesiologist)
Please book an Initial Appointment prior to booking a subsequent session. These sessions will be are performed by either our physiotherapists, chiropractors, kinesiologists and can be billed directly. You do not need to have a current injury to book these sessions. These sessions will include a warm-up, rehabilitation (or pre-habilitation) exercise(s), and specific strength training geared toward individual needs/injury.

Most of this visit is spent checking what changed since last time and doing the treatment itself — guided exercises, movement retraining, hands-on techniques or taping — then adjusting your home program so you leave knowing what to keep doing until the next session.
