Kin Taping: Simple application
Kinesiology taping (KT) for massage therapists is a therapeutic tool using elastic, latex-free cotton tape to improve circulation, reduce pain, and support muscles/joints without restricting movement. It lifts skin to reduce pressure on pain receptors, often applied after massage to extend treatment benefits (3–5 days) by enhancing lymphatic flow and providing constant proprioceptive feedback.
