Treatment Appointment Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is reserved just for you. Late cancellations or missed visits leave gaps that could have been filled.
48 hours’ notice is required for any changes or cancellations
Less than 48 hours’ notice or a missed appointment: Full visit fee will be charged
Class & Workshop Cancellation Policy
(Applies to both full class registrations and drop-ins)
Your spot is reserved just for you. Late cancellations or no-shows prevent others from attending.
Cancel with 2+ weeks’ notice: Full refund
Cancel with 1–2 weeks’ notice: Credit toward a future class/workshop
Less than 1 week’s notice or no-show: Full fee charged as a cancellation fee
For inclement weather during the winter months, we follow the York Region District School Board. Should buses or schools be closed, we will waive our cancellation fee.
The last thing we want is to charge avoidable fees, so kindly ensure to provide notice for all appointment changes. We thank you in advance for your support.
As we serve a vulnerable population of infants and pregnant mothers, we kindly ask that you please do not bring sick children to your own appointments. If a sick child does accompany you to your visit we will require that they wear a mask for the duration of their visit.
PLEASE NOTE - rates for DINARA SHAUL will be increasing by $10 for all services, effective May 21st, 2026, rates for APARNA BRAHMA will be increasing by $5 for all services, effective May 21, 2026, rates for LINOY ATRAN & RISHVA PATEL will be increasing by $5 for all services, effective June 1, 2026.
