Dr. Kinga Babicki-Farrugia believes that when women are healthy, they have the power to transform the world. Driven by this belief, she has made it her mission to educate, support, and inspire women to achieve optimal health for themselves and their children.
With a deep understanding that the body has an innate ability to heal, Dr. Kinga works with her patients to identify and remove the obstacles preventing them from living at their best. She focuses on discovering the root causes of imbalances and providing the tools needed to restore health. Her guiding principle is simple: balance is key to a healthy life, and she strives to embody this philosophy in her own journey.
Dr. Kinga focuses on women’s health and pediatrics, a passion born from her own experiences. She understands firsthand the struggles of hormonal imbalances as a teen, dealing with heavy periods, cramps, and migraines. She’s faced stressful pregnancies and navigated the postpartum challenges of breastfeeding issues, two babies with reflux, sleep deprivation, and postpartum anxiety and depression. As a mother, she has also experienced the worries of caring for sick children and the desire to help them thrive naturally. These challenges have fueled her dedication to maternal and pediatric health and led her to co-create The Nest Health, a clinic committed to supporting and empowering women and children throughout motherhood.
Dr. Kinga’s practice spans all stages of a woman’s life, from teenage hormonal health to fertility, pregnancy, postpartum care, and beyond. Whether helping you achieve a successful pregnancy, preparing you for an empowered birth, or guiding you through the hormonal shifts of menopause, Dr. Kinga’s goal is to ensure you not only survive but thrive. She’s passionate about helping women embrace their postpartum identity and supporting them through the transition into perimenopause and menopause with confidence and vitality.
Over the years, she has helped thousands of patients uncover the root causes of their health challenges using naturopathic medicine. When she’s not working to empower others, Dr. Kinga is spending time with her own family. She is a proud mom to two wonderful boys and wife to a loving, supportive husband. Motherhood has been a humbling experience, continuously teaching her more about herself and the legacy she wishes to leave behind.

This free meet and greet appointment gives us a chance to chat about your child's needs and your goals for them. It is also an opportunity to see if we will be a good match to work together. You can ask me any questions and I can tell you all about my approach and how Naturopathic medicine can benefit your child. This is a virtual visit via video or phone.
