60 minNew patientThis appointment is for NEW Pediatric patients age 12 yrs and under with Dr. Kinga. This visit provides the opportunity to understand your primary concerns around your child's health, establish health goals, assess your child's current state of health including identifying any obstacles impacting it. It includes a comprehensive health history, physical exam and laboratory testing (if indicated). We will work together to create a treatment plan that will educate and empower you to help your child achieve optimal health. Your child's comprehensive treatment plan is provided to you directly through the Jane portal.
