If this is your first visit please book a 60, 75 or 90 minute massage as your first visit. Our RMTs need to ensure they have enough time for an initial assessment and treatment as well as cupping therapy during treatment.

Most of the hour is spent on the table while the therapist works through the areas you’ve agreed to focus on — pressure, pace and techniques shifting as they go — with a brief check-in before and after so you leave knowing what was worked on.
