This is the treatment to book if you are a new patient. An acupuncture first visit is 75 minutes in duration and involves an in-depth consultation about the overall picture of your health, as well as expectations, goals and individualized treatment plan. Consultation is followed by acupuncture treatment with the possible addition of cupping, gua sha, Tuina (Chinese massage) or moxibustion as appropriate for your condition. Lifestyle suggestions and dietary advice based on Traditional Chinese Medicine theory may also be offered.
