This appointment does not include manual therapy, but does include verbal consultations/instructions for exercises, nutrition, supplementation or imaging requisition and/or discussions.

Most of the appointment is spent checking how your joints and muscles are moving — talking through what you’re noticing, testing movement, posture and tenderness — then doing hands-on joint work or soft-tissue treatment and sending you out with a clear next-step plan.
