AcuSculpting is a specialized cosmetic acupuncture protocol designed to shape, lift, tighten and firm the skin on face & body (Superior: Face + Scalp, Anterior: Abdomen, Breast(s) & legs & Posterior: hips, thighs & buttocks). In our first session, we will discuss one area of focus (e.g., minimizing the appearance of fine lines on the face, stimulating hair growth on scalp, fibrocystic breast(s), scars/ hyperpigmentation etc.). Once the acupuncture needles are inserted an LED light is placed over the area of focus. The LED light promotes cellular proliferation, collagen synthesis and helps with the reduction of inflammation. We will finish with a hot towel treatment and either silicone cupping and/ or Gua Sha.
Be advised that bruising or hyperpigmentation has a chance of occurring during the week post-treatment. For chronic areas, a minimum of 10 treatments is advised. Packages are available.

Most of the appointment is spent mapping out what’s going on in your body and choosing points, then resting with fine needles in place for a stretch — sometimes with heat, cups or electrical stimulation — and you leave with a sense of what was treated and whether more sessions make sense.
