Simons deep tissue massage leads with nervous system attunement and relaxation which allows the treatment to address deeper more layers of tension. Addressing the specific spots in the muscle tissue Simon has a passion for working out stubborn adhesion for lasting relief. This appointment includes assessment, manual treatment, and stretch and strengthening home care plans.
