During this session Monika will palpate the scar and look for where it is adhering and use long sequence compression, myofascial release and traction to realize it off adjoining tissue and bone. This will allow the body to work more efficiently in moving blood, lymph and nerve signals. Released scars will reduce pain, improve mobility and stop bladder squeezing.
