The free 15-minute consultation offers an opportunity for prospective clients to connect with a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist, to learn more about the therapy process and determine if it feels like the right fit.
During this brief in-person, phone or virtual meeting, clients can share what they’re hoping to address in therapy, ask questions about the approach to therapy, and learn what to expect from future sessions. This informal conversation is not a therapy session but rather a chance to explore compatibility, comfort, and next steps before booking an initial appointment.
Registered Social Workers and Psychotherapists aim to create a welcoming, pressure-free space where clients can make an informed decision about beginning therapy and feel confident moving forward in their care.
