Cancellation Policy :
Cancellations made within the 24-hour window may be subject to a cancellation fee (Service charges are the full rate of therapy appointments). We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will take them into consideration on a case-by-case basis. However, repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in the full fee for the scheduled appointment.
