A 60-minute Physiotherapy Initial Assessment is designed to thoroughly understand your condition and create a personalized plan to help you reach your health goals.
During your first visit, your physiotherapist will begin with a comprehensive assessment, which includes discussing your health history, current symptoms, lifestyle, and goals for recovery.
This is followed by a detailed physical examination to assess movement, strength, mobility, and any areas of pain or dysfunction. Based on these findings, your physiotherapist will explain the cause of your symptoms and how they relate to your body and movement patterns.
Together, you will collaborate on a personalized care plan designed to support your recovery and help you achieve your healthcare goals.
Our clinic specializes in manual therapy, soft tissue release, and active rehabilitation, and treatment may begin during the same session. When appropriate, your physiotherapist may also incorporate additional techniques such as IMS dry needling, sport taping, or shockwave therapy to support your recovery.
