Cancellation Policy : As of May 1st, 2026, we require 48 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments and late cancellations will result in a charge of 50% of the schedule appointment fee for the first occurrence. Any additional missed appointments or late cancellations after the first occurrence will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled appointment fee. Exceptions may be made in the case of illness or emergencies. Thank you for your understanding.
