When you book with us, we reserve dedicated time just for you.
Our Updated Appointment & Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is yours - whether you come in-person, pivot to virtual, or miss it entirely, you are responsible for that time. Because we set aside this time specifically for you, we require at least 2 business days notice for any cancellations or changes.
For example, if you need to cancel a Monday appointment, you must notify us by the previous Thursday. If you request to cancel or change Monday appointments over the weekend, you will be charged our fee.**
❗ Regardless of reason, cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $50 fee, and repeated late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged the full appointment fee.
This policy allows us to maintain fair access to care, minimize wait times and ensure our practitioners’ schedules are used effectively to serve all of our patients.
