"This visit includes Consultation, Exam, and First Adjustment. Any X-ray needs and costs will be in addition and discussed at consultation.
PLEASE NOTE: due to Dr Kittleson's bi-weekly schedule, there will be a need for follow up with Dr Lee in the first month, on Dr. Kittleson's off-weeks, to maintain proper follow up and progress.
