Dr. Matthew Kittleson is one of the founding Chiropractors of UC Life Chiropractic Centre.
After a year sabbatical from practice, as a stay at home dad, he has returned to UC Life in 2023 to continue working with the lovely folks of Vancouver Island.
Dr. Kittleson loves NUCCA, loves helping people and loves educating about health.
Interests in health outside of Chiropractic include:
-diet, with a focus on low carbohydrate and low inflammatory choices
-Exercise, with a focus on high intensity anaerobic training.
-Posture, with a focus on purposeful exercises as well as consistent changes to ones standing, sitting and walking posture.
Dr. Kittleson believes that "what ever you do the most" will be the answer to where your health is and will be the solution to your health problems.

Follow-up chiropractic visit. Please do not book this visit type if you have been in a motor vehicular accident since your last visit or if it has been more than 2 years since your last visit in-office. To be booked only after a consultation & examination as well as a report of findings visit.

"This visit includes Consultation, Exam, and First Adjustment. Any X-ray needs and costs will be in addition and discussed at consultation. PLEASE NOTE: due to Dr Kittleson's bi-weekly schedule, there will be a need for follow up with Dr Lee in the first month, on Dr. Kittleson's off-weeks, to maintain proper follow up and progress.
After a motor vehicLE accident . Extended visit and exam for ICBC. PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT DIRECT BILL TO ICBC. YOU WILL NEED TO PAY US AND USE DIGITAL RECEIPTS TO GET REIMBURSED BY ICBC. ICBC DOES NOT COVER ALL COSTS.
Part I of the new patient experience: chiropractic consultation & examination. This visit does not include report of findings nor the first adjustment. If X-rays are required, time has been set aside to complete the x-rays. X-rays are an additional cost.
Part II of the new patient experience. To be booked after your consultation & examination. It is recommended that Part II occur on a different day than Part I to allow your chiropractor to review the results of your consult and exam. Part II can be booked on the same day as a Part I visit but requires extra time. As such, Part II visits must be booked via e-mail, SMS or phone. Please note, same-day Part I and II visits are subject to an extra surcharge and we may only submit for one session per day with extended health benefits. Must be completed before any follow-up chiropractic visits as more time is required.
For patients who have been out-of-the-clinic for more than 2 years. Includes time for a history update, exam and adjustment.
