Initial assessment includes a deep dive into goals for our sessions, expectations, barriers, past health and movement history as well any other pertinent information.
The session will also include a physical exam consisting of a thorough movement screen and any necessary palpation identifying the tone, range of motion and sensitivity of affected regions of the body.
Baseline assessment of both the active and passive portions will give direction for what to train and treat throughout our sessions.
