In your extended follow up visits we will review your progress and create new goals. We will address any questions or concerns you may have, as well as provide strategies and targets moving forward. Education and support tools are provided along the way. Please be aware that a cancellation fee of 50% of your treatment fee will be charged for appointment cancelled within 12 hours of your appointment time.
