Soul Savvy Comprehensive Healing Session: $160.00 (90 minutes) (Client Favourite)
This session includes Counselling, brief Breathwork and Meditation, Sound Healing Therapy, and Reiki w/ Healing Crystals
During this session, you will be supported through a discussion about any struggles or
difficulties you may be facing and how these difficulties may be impacting your mental, physical
and/or spiritual health. You’ll then be guided through a grounding breathwork and meditation
practice to prepare you for receiving the healing benefits of Sound and Reiki. Various
instruments, tones and rhythms will be played to cleanse, clear, and release stagnant or heavy
energies stored in your Chakra system. The soothing and healing sound vibrations will assist
you in transitioning to a calm, dream-like state which will activate your body’s own natural and
restorative healing abilities. The session will close with Reiki and Crystal Healing which will
balance and harmonize your whole energetic system. Once treatment is complete, you will be
slowly and gently guided back to a state of wakefulness and a brief discussion will take place to
provide you with feedback and additional guidance and support.
