Treatment times are limited - if you cannot find a treatment time which suits your schedule, please add yourself to the waitlist. Waitlist patients will receive an e-mail notification as soon as a cancellation occurs. This is the fastest way to getting a treatment at this time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Direct Billing to PBC & Telus E-Health Insurers for Registered Massage Therapy, Therapeutic Stone Massage and Craniosacral treatments please note Hanna is unable to direct bill to Canada Life at this time

Cancellation and No Show policy

24 hour notice for cancellation is required . If you cannot make your treatment time and your appointment is within the 24 hours - a late treatment cancellation fee of 50% will be applied to your account for your first late cancellation. All late cancellations thereafter; or late cancellations within a 4 hour window of your booked treatment time, will result in a full service charge. In the case of illness, we offer a 4 hour grace period, after which the late cancellation policy will apply. If you have an early AM appointment please text Hanna directly, as soon as possible

All ‘No Shows’ are subject to a full service charge - as the appointment times cannot be filled with no notice.
