During a session, the therapist uses their hands to apply pressure, gliding strokes,kneading, vibration and percussion, PNF or regular stretching, circulatory techniques to increase circulation, and reduce swelling, and friction or myofascial technique to treat scar tissue or facially restrictive tissues.
