Includes a 30 minute video call to go over any dietary concerns, allergies/sensitivities, likes/dislikes, restrictions or specific health concerns as well as any other lifestyle requirements. Includes 4 weeks of meals, delivered 2 weeks at a time. It is not a requirement to be a patient of Dr. Galay's to have a custom meal plan done, although it should be noted NO HEALTH ADVICE will be given in these appointments, so you must come with your goals and requirements in hand.
