So much has changed since the last time that we saw you and we want to ensure you are provided with the best care possible. This requires a longer appointment. During this appointment, your physiotherapist will take a comprehensive medical history and conduct a detailed physical assessment. If you are consulting our clinic for pelvic physiotherapy or Diastasis Recti, an assessment will be conducted to determine the current state of the pelvic floor muscles, pelvic girdle joints and pinpoint the cause of your symptoms. Based on the results of your assessment, you and your therapist will create a personalized treatment plan including a home exercise program.
