An initial assessment and referral from one of our Aquatic Therapy Providers (Physiotherapist or Kinesiologist) is required to book this session.
Treatment will combine exercises, movement and manual therapy techniques.
All sessions are carried out inside the pool with your Physiotherapist at the Minoru Centre for Active Living.

Most of this visit is spent checking what changed since last time and doing the treatment itself — guided exercises, movement retraining, hands-on techniques or taping — then adjusting your home program so you leave knowing what to keep doing until the next session.
