The initial assessment begins with a thorough evaluation of your symptoms, including a pelvic floor evaluation. The pelvic health physiotherapist will also review your general health history and any surgical procedures, medications, or prior physiotherapy that you have received for these conditions. Your physiotherapist will then develop a personalized program to help you address any dysfunction or pain associated with pelvic health issues. You will be provided treatment, education, and exercise to help get you started right from the start.
