This appointment is for patients who have already completed an OHIP assessment at our clinic for the same approved injury or condition.
Follow-up visits are part of your current OHIP episode of care and must relate to:
• The same body part/condition listed on your referral
• The same injury event/mechanism originally assessed
A new assessment (not a follow-up) is required if:
• You have a new injury, or
• The issue involves a different body area

Most of this visit is spent checking what changed since last time and doing the treatment itself — guided exercises, movement retraining, hands-on techniques or taping — then adjusting your home program so you leave knowing what to keep doing until the next session.
