This session is designed for expecting parents and focuses on evidence-based practices to help improve your labour and delivery experience. Led by an experienced pelvic health physiotherapist, the appointment covers a range of essential topics, including: -Inducing labour naturally -The stages of labour and birthing positions that support an efficient labour -Breathing, relaxation, and positioning techniques for comfort and progress -The role of birth partners and how they can offer effective support and pain relief Immediate postpartum care for parent Whether you're planning a vaginal or cesarean birth, this session empowers you with tools and techniques to support a more comfortable and confident birthing experience. Ideal for individuals and their birthing partners around 36 weeks of gestation. You can book this whether or not you have seen our pelvic floor physiotherapist before!
