Your appointment time begins with an intake interview, in which we talk about your reasons for seeking therapeutic massage. Together we'll come up with a treatment plan to address the issues presented in the intake. Each session is customized to you and your specific needs on the day of your appointment, so your massage may be very different from one session to the next. There is no one-size-fits-all therapeutic massage! If appropriate, your appointment also includes a post-massage reassessment and assignment of homecare, such as stretches or hydrotherapy.
