Clinical Pilates Assessment
This is for anyone who has not undergone an assessment with one of our physiotherapists recently and would like to participate in clinical pilates. Please inquire if you are unsure if too much time has passed since your assessment.
Clinical Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on posture, core stability, balance, control, strength, flexibility, and breathing. Our sessions are completed on a reformer, tower, and mat, and will include a home-exercise program that compliment your in-clinic workout. You must undergo a physiotherapy assessment prior to participating, and it can be used as part of your treatment at the therapist's discretion. Clinical pilates compliments any physiotherapy or training program.
These treatments are billed as physiotherapy and can be submitted to your insurance as such. Please inquire if you would like to learn more!

Most of this first physiotherapy visit is spent figuring out what’s driving the problem — history, movement, strength and hands-on testing — then some treatment if there’s time, and you leave with a clearer picture and a plan for what comes next.
