The NADA National Acupuncture Detoxification Association Protocol is a gentle, evidence-informed ear acupuncture treatment that supports individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, addiction, cravings, emotional overwhelm, and lifestyle changes such as smoking cessation.
The treatment involves placing five small, sterile acupuncture needles in specific points on each ear. Patients relax comfortably for 30–45 minutes while the treatment helps calm the nervous system, reduce stress, improve emotional resilience, and support the body’s natural healing processes.

Most of the session is the treatment itself — needles placed at selected points and left in place for a stretch, sometimes with heat or electrical stimulation — with a shorter check-in on what changed after last time and any small adjustments before you leave with the next step in the plan.
