This treatment uses heated basalt stones to incorporate deep moist heat throughout the treatment. It takes a deep tissue massage to the next level! Excellent for those with general stiffness or who just love heat! One hour is the minimum length of massage for hot stone treatments.
NOTE: This treatment is not recommended for people with acute pain- inability to move due to pain, with swelling, inflammation or conditions with loss of sensation, including Neuropathy, Diabetes, or Peripheral Vascular Disorder. It should also be avoided during the first 3 months of pregnancy and those with sun burns, depressed immune systems and epilepsy.
