45 min45 mins is the perfect duration to focus on either the upper body or lower body. If a full body treatment is what you’re looking for, we recommend the 1 hour treatment.

60 minThis is by far the most common treatment booked. In an hour we can do a full body treatment or a more in depth area focused massage. This treatment allows your time to be customized according to your specific goals.

150 $

90 minThis 90 min treatment is great for clients who have a number of issues needing thorough work. This longer treatment is also great for those looking for fascial work- cupping or scraping, to address scar tissue, chronic injuries, and joint restrictions.
