(Virtual) Children's Psychotherapy Session with Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

This is a virtual 40-minute counselling session for children ages 3-12 with our Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). If you are covered under private insurance and your extended health care benefits cover Psychotherapy, your fees can be submitted to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
Within the session, children can expect to participate in games, art, movement & play, and talk to support communication, accurate expression, and the building of a therapeutic rapport. This combination plays on the strengths of the child while building their confidence, addressing their worries or fears, and working through significant life changes and challenges including peer relationship, family dynamics and sense of self.
