This virtual session is used for caregivers/parents who would like to do a session with their Registered Social Worker as a check in, follow up, or to give an update on their child(ren).
This session will take place via a SECURE and confidential virtual call with your Registered Social Worker. A link to the virtual call will be sent to you prior to your appointment.

Most of the hour is spent talking through what’s been happening, how you’ve been reacting, and what patterns keep showing up — your counsellor asks questions, reflects things back, and helps you put words to it — so you leave with a clearer sense of what came up and what to keep noticing between sessions.
