Seasonal Support Workshop
Seasonal Support Group Acupuncture workshop is hosted at Heart Centre Yurt in Qualicum Beach. Join us for 2 hours as we explore the seasons through the lens of Chinese Medicine to understand ways to best support ourselves and align with the seasonal energy. Move your body through gentle Qi gong and yoga practices to support the body, and then rest deeply while receiving acupuncture, followed by a guided meditation.
Location Details along with what to bring will be shared 2 days prior to the event. An acupuncture intake form is required to be completed and the event cost may be submitted to a third party benefits provider for reimbursement under acupuncture services.

Most of the appointment is spent mapping out what’s going on in your body and choosing points, then resting with fine needles in place for a stretch — sometimes with heat, cups or electrical stimulation — and you leave with a sense of what was treated and whether more sessions make sense.
